1. Where is my order? 

If the item is provided with tracking number, you could visit www.17track.net and check on the delivery status. 

2. What if I order but the item has not yet provided tracking number nor marked as shipped? 

We are monitoring the situation in daily basis, and once the local post office (Hong Kong Post) resume normal, we will process the shipment the soonest. 

3. Any alternative shipping services? 

We are doing the best we could by choosing the best shipping service. There are few companies out there and we are not only getting your item ship out but also getting your item(s) deliver to you safe and clean.
