3. What if I order but the item has not yet provided tracking number nor marked as shipped?
Normally tracking number will be provided in 3 working days (but some products are required additional 14 working days for production), we have experienced city lock-down, we have experienced losing our core colleague (RIP to our laser operator - Lil Mouse). The maximum package ship out time (with tracking number provided) will be about 7 working days.
